Welcome.
Take a breath.
You are not alone.
The road may feel foggy now, but we’ll clear the glass and find the light.
Even in the mess, there’s meaning.
Let’s Find it.

There’s no one path through a transition - but we’ll find yours.
THERAPY SERVICES
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Instead, I’ll ask you to teach me who you are: how you think, how you learn, what you value. From there, we co-create a process that supports your healing.
- Grief & loss
- Identity shifts
- Dating, relationships, and divorce
- Parenthood (new, evolving, or unexpected) Career and life purpose questions
- “What now?” seasons at any age
I became a therapist later in life — because I’ve lived through it.
Like you, I’ve felt lost, stuck, broken open. I’ve rebuilt my life more than once – through grief, through identity shifts, through motherhood and starting over at 52. What I offer now is shaped by all of that. I bring curiosity, compassion, and an ability to see your strength, even when you’ve forgotten it.
Therapy with me isn’t clinical or cold. It’s human. It’s hopeful. It’s real. We’ll take our time. We’ll listen to the metaphors. We’ll look for the 2% spark and build from there.
What to Expect When You Reach Out
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. I want to make it feel safe, simple, and human.
Here’s how it works:
-
We begin with a free 20-minute call.
No pressure, no commitment — just a conversation to see if we’re a good fit. -
You tell me what’s bringing you here.
There’s no “right” way to share. You can bring your story, your silence, or your questions. -
We co-create a path forward.
Therapy with me is collaborative and flexible — shaped by your needs, your pace, and your voice. Together, we’ll figure out what support looks like for you.
Whether we meet once or many times, my goal is always the same: to help you remember your strengths, feel more like yourself, and find the teachable moments.
It takes courage to ask for help.
You don’t need to have it all figured out — you just need to begin. I look forward to hearing your story.
