My Belief

Balance is an important aspect of wellness. I focus on the health of the entire person: body, mind, and spirit.

I believe you are the expert on you, but life experiences might have complicated your view of what you truly want and need. Whether you want relief from uncomfortable symptoms or to improve your performance in some area of your life, I would like to help. Having support during difficult times is vital to maintain one’s mental health.


I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices in order to best meet the needs of each individual client.
